Director of Development

Mr. Leonoudakis focuses on managing the development process including acquisitions, due diligence, financing, construction, asset management, and disposition. While working closely with design consultants, municipalities, and general contractors, Mr. Leonoudakis values building long-term relationships that help maximize development potential.

Mr. Leonoudakis’ track record in the commercial real estate industry includes the acquisition, development, and management of over $500 million in commercial & residential properties. His background includes the entitlement and development of single-family subdivisions, ground-up multifamily, mixed-use retail, commercial, and land investment. 

Prior to his role with Slate Properties, Mr. Leonoudakis served as a Development Partner for Realty Capital Partners, a DFW-based development group with land holdings of over 3,000 acres of prime commercial and residential development tracts in Dallas/Fort Worth and Western Colorado. In leading the development team, he brought together stakeholders and local municipalities to develop public-private partnerships to help develop successful properties and maximize returns for investors. 

Mr. Leonoudakis began his career in Jackson Hole, WY as a financial analyst for Teton Land & Development Group. While with TL+D he helped grow the company to a $150 million portfolio of generational assets and served as CFO + Project Manager for the investment fund.

Dylan lives in Dallas with his wife, daughter, & great pyranees. He is a active member of The Real Estate Council, TREC ALC Alumni, Touchdown Club of Dallas, Dallas Duck's Unlimited, and LSU Alumni Association.
