Reid Beucler

  Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to starting Slate Properties, Mr. Beucler co-founded Bridgeview Real Estate in 2011 as an opportunistic real estate investment firm with a focus on multifamily opportunities. During his time with Bridgeview the company developed over 1,000 multifamily units including The Reserve at Garden Oaks, an Abode Magazine Out of the Box Award winner for converting a 136- unit busted condo project in Houston, TX back into a successful 166-unit Class A multifamily community. Bridgeview also acquired re-development sites in Dallas including a high-profile site near the Dallas Galleria. 


Prior to his experience with Bridgeview, Mr. Beucler co-founded Beucler Properties in 2002, and managed the daily operations of the companies’ real estate investment and development activities. While with Beucler Properties, Mr. Beucler oversaw the development of over 3,500 multifamily units with a market capitalization in excess of $500 million. Mr. Beucler managed the disposition of the multifamily portfolio of assets selectively selling projects as the markets allowed. 


Mr. Beucler was an integral part of both Bridgeview and Beucler Properties’ success through his expertise in managing relationships with investment partners, bankers, general contractors, and development partners. In his role with both companies, Mr. Beucler was able to develop relationships with both private and institutional capital providers. . Throughout his career Mr. Beucler has developed substantial expertise in multiple facets of the real estate industry including planning and development of new projects; partnership structuring, capital markets, and asset management of real estate portfolios.

Morgan Chase, Bank of the Ozarks and  Plains Capital.


Reid lives in Dallas with his wife, two sons, and two labs. Reid is an active member The Real Estate Council and TCU Flying T Club.
