Our development team manages projects from the due diligence phase, working to create value through entitlements and design. By using practical planning strategies, we strive to integrate our vision by facilitating clear communication and building consensus. Services include: site analysis, market feasibility analysis; fiscal evaluation; community representation; site design; design team creation; design document coordination; construction document management; zoning; permitting; construction review, leasing oversite, and disposition management.
Slate Properties provides a hands-on approach for a range of construction management and asset management related services for multifamily development projects. We carefully select our design, construction, and properties teams to take advantage of a coordinated team approach from the initial phase all the way through stabilization.
